The Active package is ideal for men and women aged 18 to 79 who want a general overview of their health. It’s especially useful for individuals interested in monitoring heart health, stroke risk, cholesterol, diabetes, and overall wellbeing.

What’s included in the test?

The package includes:

  • 22 blood readings covering cholesterol, liver and kidney function, diabetes risk, iron levels, and more
  • 6 non-blood tests including ECG, blood pressure, body composition, lung function, and stroke risk assessment
  • 1-year access to a 24/7 private GP helpline
How long does the appointment take?

The health check takes around 20–30 minutes, depending on your individual test package.

Do I need to fast before my appointment?

No fasting is required. You can eat and drink normally, but it's important to stay well hydrated for the blood draw.

When and how will I receive my results?

Your results are typically ready within 3 working days and will be available online via the My Wellness dashboard. You'll also receive an email alert once they’re uploaded. You can download your report as a PDF for easy sharing with your GP.

Are the test results easy to understand?

Yes. Your personalised report uses a traffic light system (green, amber, red) and includes plain English explanations with follow-up advice where needed.

What if my results show something abnormal?
